Purchases must be Net-new Microsoft New Commerce Experience (NCE) Commercial subscriptions for net new end customers for Ingram Micro. This offer is valid for net new customers on all workloads including Microsoft 365, Azure and Business Apps.

• Academic, Not for Profit (NFP), Government, and Charity SKUs are excluded. Purchases must be made on Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace.
• Participants will receive a one-time payment equal to the first calendar month of recurring revenue (MRR) for the net new end customers capped up at AUD $3,000 at partner level
• Incentive will be paid within 45 days of end of promotion as a marketplace credit. You need to claim the incentives using the link above by 31st January 2025 for you to be eligible for the Payout.

Promotion 2:

• Purchase eligibility requirements: Purchases made between 1st October 2024 - 31st December 2024, 11:59 PM AEST are eligible for all net new end customers.
• Participants will receive a one-time payment equal to the first calendar month of recurring revenue (MRR) for the net new end customers capped up at AUD $3,000 at partner level.
• Incentive will be paid within 45 days of end of promotion as a marketplace credit. You need to claim the incentives using the link above by 31st January 2025 for you to be eligible for the Payout.
• You can’t claim for both incentives for one customer deal; however you can claim for both incentives for two separate customer deals.
